Customer Information
All drawings, pictures, descriptive matter and specifications on this website are for guidance only for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the goods described in them. Colours and images may vary dependant on availability at the time your order is processed.
Information contained on the website constitutes an invitation to treat. No information constitutes an offer by us to supply any products. Orders shall be accepted entirely at the discretion of Creative Scrapbook Company and are subject to availability, of the products in stock.
Items which are in stock will usually be dispatched by the next two working days.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. You can create a shopping basket of items by browsing through our online store, clicking on any items that you wish to purchase and adding them to your shopping basket and click on “Checkout”. You will then be asked for a few details that are needed to complete the order.
You should always check that the contact information you provide is correct before creating a customer account or proceeding to payment.
We accept credit card and debit cards as methods of payments. If you are shopping outside the United Kingdom your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency.
We accept the following cards, Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Amercian Express, Solo and Switch. You may alternatively printout out your order and mail it to us with acheque in GBP made payable to Creative Scrapbook Company, or a postal order for the full value of the order. We expect to receive a cheque within seven days of your placing your order. If we do not receive payment within that time, we reserve the right to cancel your order and products you have ordered will no longer be reserved. If you are paying by cheque we will not dispatch your order until the cheque has cleared. This policy will be strictly enforced when sale goods are purchased.
All orders are to be paid for in cleared funds before dispatch.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling to mainland UK and Northern Ireland. All orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail or Parcelforce, and will be processed in the order that they are received. The minimum order value is £5.00 excluding postal charges. Shipping policies are subject to change without notice.
For Delivery to the UK and Northern Ireland our postal charges are as follows:

£2.95 irrespective of order value
In respect of all orders to be posted outside of the UK, the postage amounts as stated above will be applied to your order. We will then calculate the actual postage due and ammend the amount to be debited to your card payment if appropriate.
Delivery Schedule
Your order will be dispatched within two working days (although this may vary in busy periods) and are sent via Royal Mail First Class or Parcelforce 48 Hours delivery.
Please note that Royal Mail and Parcelforce do not accept requests to leave packages withneighbours or any other third parties.
Royal Mail states that compensation claims for lost post cannot be made prior to 15 days after dispatch. We therefore will only send out replacement orders or issue a refund after 15 days from the date of posting should your order not arrive.
It is at the discretion of Creative Scrapbook Company whether a replacement order or a refund is sent.
Back Orders
We do not as a policy back order out of stock items and would advise that you re-order at a later date with respect to such items.
Tax Charges
All prices are inclusive of VAT at 15% (where applicable).
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrpyted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Please note that orders leave Creative Scrapbook Company in perfect condition and should damage be caused to goods whilst in transit we would advice that you advise us immediately. Please obtain where possible evidence of any damage BEFORE opening the package. If you have however opened the package please retain the packaging to assist in your claim for compensation. Please state the defect or defects, when making a claim.
Creative Scrapbook Company reserves the right to request you return the faulty goods if required.

Creative Scrapbook Company do not disclose buyers information to third parties
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off the cookies within your browser by going to ‘Tools > Internet Options > Privacy’ and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.
Returns Policy
In the rare event of faulty goods being received, these must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Any reasonable postage costs incurred in the return of faulty goods will be refunded (we regret however that we are unable to refund international postage costs and the equivalent UK postage rate will be refunded).
We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us, and in this event you must obtain compensation from the postal service involved. We recommend goods are returned by Recorded Delivery to ensure signed receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been submitted but not yet dispatched, we will charge a cancellation fee of 15%. Please note that the cancellation should be in writing or via e-mail.
Should any of your order be unsuitable we will be happy to exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt however items should be unopened and in their original packaging, we are unable to exchange or refund books/magazines, paper/cardstock and stickers taken off the roll unless faulty.
Privacy & Distance Selling Regulations
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) Creative Scrapbook Company will not release this information to any third party for any purpose unless we have your consent to do so. Creative Scrapbook Company complies with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
Law
These terms and conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales.
